About The Role
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at HeapTrace Technology. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our company's objectives and meet user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Your expertise will help shape the visual identity of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. They should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work. Technical proficiency is essential, with skills in HTML, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable. Familiarity with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software is required. A solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (such as WCAG) is crucial. Soft skills such as excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are also important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The UI/UX Designer at HeapTrace Technology will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at creating compelling and user-friendly digital experiences. Key responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively. You will design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on usability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Conducting user research and usability testing is essential to gather insights, analyze user behavior, and iterate designs accordingly to enhance the overall user experience. Collaboration is a core aspect of this role; you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that are technically feasible and aligned with business goals. Translating design concepts into functional, responsive front-end components is another critical responsibility, requiring you to maintain consistency in UI design and adhere to industry best practices. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain design system integrity using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
