About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at VMock. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process of our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, proficiency with modern design tools, and a passion for leveraging AI-driven technologies to enhance user experiences. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects. Hands-on experience designing responsive web and mobile applications is essential. Proficiency in Figma, including Figma AI features, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and image generation tools is required. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enhancing collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.
- Concept & Wireframing: Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design System Contribution: Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- AI-Powered Design: Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.
- Design QA: Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.
- Advocacy: Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.
