About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at VMock. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs that align with our brand and business goals. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects. Proficiency in designing responsive web and mobile applications is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation platforms. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards is required. Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and consistency are critical. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.
- Concept & Wireframing: Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design System Contribution: Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- AI-Powered Design: Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.
- Design QA: Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.
- Advocacy: Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.
