About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Satwic Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering engaging digital assets, websites, and marketing collateral that align with our clients branding and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user interfaces and visual content, along with a solid understanding of the latest design trends and technologies. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to translate requirements into visually compelling and user-friendly designs. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the digital presence of our clients by creating innovative and effective design solutions that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing websites, marketing collateral, and other digital assets.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- Take design briefs to understand requirements.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Creating visualizations of screens within a prototype framework.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders, incorporating feedback into designs.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look.
- Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Design a wide range of static and dynamic visual assets, including single-image posts, carousels, Instagram Stories, infographics, and ad creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create engaging property showcase videos, promotional videos, client testimonials, and more.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of design-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Designing and developing user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing assets that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Developing comprehensive style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital assets.
- Producing static and animated visual content, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and ad creatives, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Creating engaging video content such as promotional videos, property showcases, and client testimonials using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Presenting design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered within deadlines, meet quality standards, and adhere to project specifications.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of digital assets.
