Job Description

Role: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and user interactions.
Translate user needs, product requirements, and business goals into intuitive UI and interaction designs.
Lead and contribute to design quality assurance (QA) by reviewing layouts, identifying inconsistencies, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, visual guidelines, and component libraries.
Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across products and platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation for seamless developer handoff.
Continuously refine designs based on feedback, usability insights, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in UI Design, Interaction Design, and Design Systems.
Excellent visual design and prototyping skills with attention to detail and precision.
Hands-on experience creating and managing design systems and technical specifications.
Proven ability to conduct and lead design QA and ensure high visual and UX quality standards.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
