Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer. The designer will focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. Responsibilities include designing mockups, crafting interactive prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with front-end developers to implement design solutions. The designer will ensure a seamless and engaging experience for platform users while maintaining alignment with the company's brand identity and user goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across web platforms & Mobile App
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise implementation
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web-based & Mobile App products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing complex Marketplace, E-commerce, or SaaS
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to polished, high-quality interfaces
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a design system
- Familiarity with frontend development constraints (React, CSS, responsive design principles)
- Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products
