About AdxReel

AdxReel is building an AI + AR Powered Immersive Attention & Commerce Intelligence Operating System that combines short-form video, creators, advertising, AI, rewards, live commerce, social commerce and product discovery.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can help us create a modern, engaging and highly intuitive experience across our web and mobile products.

What You Will Do

• Design and improve mobile-first UI/UX for the AdxReel app and web platform.
• Design experiences for:
• Short-form videos / Reels
• Creator profiles and creator studio
• AI features and AI assistant
• Rewards and wallet
• Marketplace and product discovery
• Seller/business pages
• Live commerce
• Advertising experiences
• User profiles, messaging and social features
• Convert product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Improve existing screens based on usability, engagement and user feedback.
• Maintain consistency across the product through reusable components and design systems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented screens and identify UI/UX issues.
• Design responsive experiences for different screen sizes.
• Continuously study products such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Meesho and other leading consumer apps for useful UX patterns—without simply copying them.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong experience with Figma.
• Excellent understanding of mobile application UI/UX.
• Strong knowledge of:
• User flows
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Design systems
• Components and variants
• Responsive design
• Mobile interaction patterns
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps or platforms.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into practical designs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working directly with developers is preferred.
