Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Appsrow is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of professional experience, primarily in website and digital experience design.

You'll work on web design and branding projects for global clients, take ownership of projects from concept to developer handoff, communicate with clients, and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, conversion-focused websites and digital experiences

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Take ownership of projects from requirements to final design handoff

• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines

• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and project teams

• Present design concepts and confidently explain design decisions

• Review work and mentor junior designers

• Contribute to branding, logo design, visual identity, and print media projects

• Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, content exploration, and design workflows

• Stay updated with modern UI/UX, web design, AI, and creative trends

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

• Strong portfolio with high-quality website design projects

• Strong expertise in Figma and FigJam

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, typography, color, grids, and visual hierarchy

• Experience creating design systems and reusable components

• Understanding of developer handoff and web development fundamentals

• Experience with AI-assisted design and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools

• Experience in branding, logo design, and print media is preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior designers

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for design
