UI/UX Designer | 3–5 Years (Client Hiring)
Hyderabad / Bangalore
Hybrid · Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys solving real product problems — not just making screens look good.
You'll work with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

What You'll Do
• Design end-to-end experiences across web and/or mobile products
• Translate user and business requirements into clear product experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Identify usability problems and turn them into design opportunities
• Build and maintain reusable components and design patterns
• Present your design decisions and communicate the reasoning behind them
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and technical constraints
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience
• Strong experience with Figma
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design
• Experience designing real digital products
• Strong portfolio showing thinking and process, not just final UI
• Ability to explain the why behind your design decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
