Based in Delhi and located in Lajpat Nagar, the company takes great pride in its tea garden in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, where it produces over 23 flavours of the finest quality tea. The company always welcomes new ideas and challenges.

We are actively seeking a highly creative individual to produce authentic, engaging videos for Tea1888's marketing initiatives, emphasising organic-style content that thrives without relying on a large following.

Key responsibilities includescripting, filming, editing, and adhering to brand guidelines to produce for Reels or YT shots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Insta Reels and YouTube Shorts) and static images.
• Authenticity:Develop relatable, user-style content that feels organic rather than like traditional, high-production advertisements.
• Research:Stay updated on trending video formats, audio, and hashtags to maximise reach.
• Brand Alignment:Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Performance Tracking:Analyse engagement metrics (hooks, hold rates) to optimise future content performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Production Skills:Proficiency in mobile videography, photography, and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva). Knowledge of AI video creation is a bonus.
• Creativity:Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create scroll-stopping hooks.
• Social Savvy:Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram and YouTube).
• Portfolio:A portfolio showcasing previous UGC or similar creative work is required.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills for scripting and collaborating.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing or social media content management.
• Ability to work fast in a high-impact, performance-driven environment.
