Position: Graphic Designer
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visual collaterals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to conceptualize and execute creative designs aligned with event themes and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative visual collaterals such as banners, posters, brochures, invitations, and social media creatives
- Collaborate with event teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts
- Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and event themes
- Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet client expectations
- Prepare and deliver final artwork files for both print and digital platforms
- Support marketing initiatives with creative assets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in events, travel, or marketing industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and branding
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially marketing or event collaterals
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic leadership ability to guide projects and collaborate with teams
