Role Description

We are seeking a UAV Pilot for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing UAV flight missions, conducting pre-flight and post-flight checks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, maintain UAV equipment, and support research and development initiatives. This role requires a commitment to operational excellence, a focus on precision, and adaptability to various environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UAV operations, flight planning, and drone piloting
• Knowledge of safety protocols, aviation regulations, and air traffic procedures
• Technical skills in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to diverse environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support research and development
• Relevant certifications for UAV operation (e.g., RPAS certification) and strong understanding of aviation technology
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, aviation, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in operating UAVs for commercial or specialized missions is a plus
