Hiring: AMC Manager (ELV / Security Systems)

Digitron India is looking for an experienced AMC Manager to manage service operations, support technical teams, and ensure smooth execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day AMC service activities
- Track AMC/warranty status and follow up for renewals
- Coordinate with engineers for site visits and issue resolution
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance
- Maintain regular communication with clients for service updates
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Maintain reports, documentation, and internal coordination
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in ELV / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routers, connectivity)
- Ability to handle troubleshooting and guide field teams
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
Eligibility
- Diploma / Engineering in Electronics, IT, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in AMC / ELV / Security Systems required
Salary
₹32,800 – ₹37,800 per month (Based on experience)
