Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Rohini. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, and travel packages. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensure timely responses to queries, and work to tailor travel solutions that meet client needs. Additionally, you will coordinate travel management tasks to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing travel arrangements
• Proficiency in handling reservations and travel bookings
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with travel industry tools and platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
