Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Travel Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients with planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. Daily tasks will include consulting with customers to understand their travel needs, creating itineraries, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. You will also collaborate with suppliers, provide customer support, and stay updated on travel trends to offer the best recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Excellent Customer Service and Reservations management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airfare, and hospitality industry trends
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms or systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
