Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, providing personalized recommendations, and creating tailored travel plans. You will coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and reservations while delivering excellent customer service. You will also ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients by resolving inquiries, managing bookings, and offering expert travel advice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Tele Calling Experience
• Expertise in arranging Travel Plans and making Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and popular destinations
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software
