Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in our Kolkata office. The Travel Sales Consultant will design and coordinate customized travel experiences, manage end-to-end travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with reservations, creating tailored travel solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, and addressing client inquiries to ensure seamless travel experiences. The role involves working collaboratively with team members and suppliers to meet clients travel needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management for crafting exceptional travel experiences
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations with attention to detail
- Strong abilities in Customer Service for addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking tools
- A degree or certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field is desirable
