Job Summary:
BizTravex Tourism LLC
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong knowledge of the travel domain to manage key accounts, partner relationships, and client servicing operations. The role involves handling day-to-day client coordination, managing escalations, and ensuring high service quality across all travel-related engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Key Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients
- Manage end-to-end client servicing across travel bookings, operations, and support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery
Travel Domain Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong understanding of travel products such as Airport Transfers, flights, hotels, Visa, ground transport, and travel policies
- Stay updated with industry trends, supplier policies, and operational best practices
- Assist clients with travel-related queries and solutions
Partner & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, airlines, hotels, and service providers
- Manage partner communications, follow-ups, and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to agreed service standards and turnaround times
- Support negotiations, documentation, and partner onboarding as required
Client Servicing & Escalation Management
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
- Identify recurring issues and work with internal teams to drive process improvements
- Maintain clear communication with clients during escalations and issue resolution
- Ensure service excellence and high customer satisfaction scores
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, client presentations, and service performance updates
- Use MS Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Create professional client documents and presentations using MS Word & PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, escalations, and resolutions
