About The Role
We're hiring a Travel Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa processing, hotel and transfer coordination, itinerary planning, and customized tour packages, while delivering excellent customer service and travel consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for international clients
- Provide expert travel consultation and tailored solutions
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for seamless experiences
- Process visas and related documentation
- Communicate updates and resolve client queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate travel records
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, deals, and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in travel arrangements and travel management
- Strong knowledge of travel consulting and itinerary planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in travel booking tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a travel agency is a must
