Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing travel packages and bookings, assisting clients in planning their trips, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries. The role includes creating custom travel itineraries, liaising with travel vendors, and maintaining client records. You will work closely with team members to meet sales targets and help develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in travel management systems or software, and a deep understanding of travel booking processes
- Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and related customer preferences
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling customer issues or concerns
- Prior experience in travel sales or a travel-related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with foreign languages is a plus
