OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Travel Executive with experience in selling holiday packages. The role involves interacting with walk-in and enquiry-based customers, understanding their travel requirements, and recommending suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle counter sales for holiday packages and assist customers with travel planning.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages, including both short-haul and long-haul destinations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bookings and confirmations.
- Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience to all clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in selling travel or holiday packages.
- Candidates with experience from companies such as Thomas Cook, Veena World, or similar travel agencies are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language proficiency: Hindi (mandatory), Basic English, and one regional language.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach.
- No managerial experience required; this is an individual contributor role.
