Job Description
Fly Bagna is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Operations Executive to manage and oversee travel operations for international destinations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong itinerary knowledge and hands-on experience handling complex international travel arrangements. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of travel services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end travel operations
- Create and manage detailed international itineraries
- Handle operations for destinations including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Africa
- Coordinate with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport partners
- Manage group tours, customized packages, and corporate travel operations
- Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and service delivery
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively
- Coordinate closely with sales, visa, and accounts teams
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in travel operations or tour operations
- Strong knowledge of international itinerary planning
- Hands-on experience with destinations such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Africa
- Good understanding of international travel logistics and supplier coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead operations smoothly
