We are looking for a proactive Travel Desk Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to manage travel operations efficiently and cost-effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of airlines, hotel bookings, cab services, and visa processes
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and cost optimization
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle urgent and last-minute travel requests under pressure
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and travel booking tools/portals
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with minimal supervision
Experience:
- 1 3 years of experience in a Travel Desk / Corporate Travel Management role
- Hands-on experience in handling domestic and international travel arrangements
- Experience working with travel management companies (TMCs) and vendors
