Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vijayawada Office for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel planning and consulting services, managing travel requirements, arranging transportation and accommodations, and handling reservations. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in travel booking software and systems is a plus
