Description

U.S. 3rd Party Collections Specialists to join International BPO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the collection process for third-party accounts in the U.S.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections activities and update customer account information.
  • Analyze accounts and prepare reports on collection status and trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies and processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience mandatory in U.S. Collections (International BPO).
  • Strong understanding of International debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Work from home.
  • Company provided system.
  • Pan India Candidates with relevant experience in U.S. 3rd Party Collections can apply.
  • HSC/Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in U.S. 3rd Party Collections can apply.
  • Gap of not more than 3 months
  • Should have been employed for the last 3 years with payslips and bank statements.
  • Age limit upto 40 years.
  • No unexplained LOP/LWP
  • Salary - upto Rs.33,000 take home, Rs. 35,000 gross, CTC upto Rs. 4.20LPA + Unlimited Incentives
  • Monday to Friday fixed working days; Saturday & Sunday fixed off (1 Saturday working per month, with a compensatory off)
