About Tripa Tours

Tripa Tours is a fast-growing travel company specializing in international tour packages, including Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Maldives. We offer a wide range of travel services such as desert safaris, city tours, adventure activities, attraction tickets, island experiences, and customized holiday solutions.

We are expanding our B2B network in India and are looking for a result-oriented professional to develop and manage travel agent partnerships in the Gurgaon market.

Role Overview

The Business Travel Consultant B2B will be responsible for generating business through travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.

This is a field-oriented role that requires regular market visits to build strong relationships and drive sales for Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Maldives travel products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
  • Conduct regular market visits to agencies and travel partners to promote Tripa Tours packages for Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Maldives.
  • Present international tour packages, desert safaris, island experiences, attraction tickets, city tours, and customized travel solutions to partners.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business associations.
  • Negotiate rates and close B2B deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide partners with updated pricing, offers, product knowledge, and promotional material.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure repeat business from existing partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
  • Maintain daily reporting of meetings, sales updates, and pipeline status.

Skills and Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in B2B travel sales (experience in Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Maldives packages preferred).
  • Strong network of travel agents in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR is a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Gurgaon market.
  • Basic knowledge of international tourism products and holiday packages.
