Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Faridabad. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with travel planning and management, including making travel arrangements, providing customer service, and handling reservations. Additional responsibilities include offering expert advice on travel options and ensuring customer needs are met with personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling client queries effectively
• Experience with Reservations and booking systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the travel industry and related software tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel or tourism is an advantage
