Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Faridabad. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, managing travel itineraries, coordinating travel schedules, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The role involves building strong client relationships and staying updated on travel trends and industry changes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in coordinating Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking software or systems
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of geography and travel destinations is an advantage
• Degree/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
