Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, managing bookings, assisting clients with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, recommending travel packages, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients. The role also require to create post and handle social media handle of the comapany.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site team environment
