We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end travel planning, advise clients on the best options, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage client trips from start to finish (flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance).
- Coordinate and negotiate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for the best deals.
- Provide expert travel advice, recommend itineraries, and resolve client queries.
- Convert leads from the sales team into confirmed bookings.
- Handle itinerary finalization and maintain continuous communication with clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry requirements.
- Ensure smooth customer support before, during, and after the trip.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience as a Travel Consultant (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of booking systems, domestic/international destinations, and industry trends.
