Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Travel Consultant at SOTC Travel Ltd On Franchisee Payroll. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating reservations. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and making travel plans and itineraries.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
