Job Description
Job Role:
1) Assisting passengers in selecting the best holiday package
2) Advising them on Visa processing and Embassy guidelines
3) Resolving passenger's queries on call
4) Making reservations for passengers on European tour packages
5) Handling FIT inquiries and customization Coordination with clients and vendors for Hotel Accommodation
6) Adherence to Quality guidelines and focusing on customer satisfaction
Requirement:
1-4 Years exp in Voice Process (International Pref)
IATA Certification Preferred
Excellent communication Skills mandatory
Qualification: HSC/Grad
Need people from Nearby (Panvel to Thane)
Freshers with excellent comms will also do
