Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant at Online Vacations in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, arranging travel, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.
Required Experience- Holiday travel package sales or Marketing experience of 2 years
Fixed salary upto Rs. 3,60,000/- per annum + incentive
Skill
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, Ability to work flexible hours. - Hardworking, perseverance in work related problems, punctual, enthusiastic.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and any local Indian language
Graduation or Post graduation degree in any field
Job Responsibilities
1. Knowledge of destinations of India and major surrounding international countries, Itineraries and Costing, hotel Bookings, well versed with online booking portal.
2. Customizing tour packages as per client's requests. Booking Transportation and Hotels reservations.
3. Identifying customer requirements, suggest appropriate solutions to the client. Build and manage strong relationships with customer.
4. Assisting customers choose among a variety of travel options. Confirming services of the ongoing tours.
5. Selling add-on travel products, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats or accommodations. Responsible for achievement of sales targets.
6. Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations
7. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Ability to create and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
