Travel Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients by offering guidance on travel plans, managing reservations, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating customized travel solutions, arranging transport and accommodations, resolving client queries promptly, and collaborating with team members to develop tailored travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in planning and executing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected travel issues
• Familiarity with booking systems or travel platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is desirable
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
