Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with reservations, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves creating customized travel solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The consultant will maintain accurate records and keep up-to-date with travel regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and creating comprehensive travel packages
• Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Reservations and managing booking systems
• Excellent Customer Service abilities and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with travel software and tools is a plus
• Knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and market trends
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
