Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle incoming leads through call & WhatsApp and share package details clearly.
- Follow up regularly and help customers choose the right tour package.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by explaining stay, travel, meals & inclusion.
- Update CRM/Excel with the status and give daily reports of call follow-ups.
- Coordinates with operations for availability, bookings, payments, & traveler det
