Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves handling inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages, creating customized itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent client service from inquiry to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
  • Prepare and share quotations, package details, and travel documentation with clients.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
  • Assist clients with visa guidance, airline bookings, and travel insurance.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client details, bookings, and payment status in CRM systems.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Stay updated on travel destinations, hotel options, airline policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in travel consultancy or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, hotels, airlines, and visa processes.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple clients efficiently.
