Job Description

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for driving business growth through travel agent and partner channels for visa services. The candidate will be accountable for revenue generation, client acquisition, and relationship management while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams for service delivery.

Department: Travel Agent Sales

Location: Delhi, Mumbai & Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard travel agencies and partners for visa services.
  • Drive revenue generation and achieve assigned sales targets across TA segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to maximize referrals and repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized visa solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth processing and service delivery.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present insights to management.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in visa services, travel, or corporate services.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue ownership.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
  • Target-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in visa services or travel domain will be a strong advantage.
  • Existing network within travel agencies/MICE clients is preferred.
