Job Description

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing any information necessary for the support, operation, of a transition. This includes operational readiness, support documentation and creating checklists.
  • Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope.
  • Build transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management, project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Create SOW based on the client deliverables.

  • Coordinate with Ops and create/modify SOPs and get sign off from clients.
  • Coordinating implementation activities, providing effective team leadership,
  • including information flow to and from operations.
  • Analysing requests from clients on changes and consulting with Ops and
  • management to facilitate the proposed changes.
  • Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in workflow/SOP.
  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
  • Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Able to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical background
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare vertical in RCM.
  • Keen eye for process and quality improvement.
  • Initiator with the ability to lead and own end to end projects.
  • Multiple billing platform / software experience will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with 5+ years of experience as a SME / Group Coordinator can also apply for the role
