Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience in technology or business transformation
- 5+ years leading large‑scale transformation programs or portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and 3rd‑party tool implementations
- Prior experience in large enterprise or global accounts preferred
- Program/Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2) – preferred

The Transformation Lead will act as the end‑to‑end Program Manager for digital and automation transformation across a large, complex enterprise account. The role is accountable for strategy-to-execution delivery of initiatives spanning RPA, Power BI & Analytics, COTS platforms, and 3rd‑party technical tools, while leading multiple cross‑functional teams and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Transformation & Program Leadership
- Own and drive the overall transformation roadmap across automation, analytics, and enterprise tools for the account
- Translate business objectives into structured programs, releases, and delivery plans
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, technology solutions, and operational change
- Act as the single point of accountability for transformation delivery across multiple initiatives
2. Program & Delivery Management
- Lead multiple concurrent workstreams (RPA, BI/Power BI, COTS, integrations, 3rd‑party tools)
- Establish and run program governance: cadence, steering committees, RAID, dependencies, and milestones
- Drive on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery across all initiatives
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies
- Ensure adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
3. Technology & Solution Oversight
- Provide delivery leadership across:
- RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Power BI / Analytics solutions (data models, dashboards, reporting adoption)
- COTS platforms (ERP, procurement, finance, HR, CRM, or domain‑specific tools)
- 3rd‑party technical tools and vendor‑led implementations
- Work closely with architects and technical leads to ensure fit‑for‑purpose solutions
- Ensure integrations, data flows, and security standards are well governed
4. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary transformation interface for senior client stakeholders
- Drive executive‑level communication, including progress, risks, and value realization
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across business, IT, vendors, and delivery teams
- Lead QBRs, steering committee updates, and transformation reviews
5. Financial & Commercial Management
- Own program financials including budgets, forecasts, burn, and benefits tracking
- Drive value realization: productivity gains, savings, automation ROI, and adoption metrics
- Support commercial discussions including change requests, scope trade‑offs, and prioritization
- Ensure financial transparency and strong cost control across initiatives
6. Team Leadership & Ways of Working
- Lead and mentor multiple small, cross‑functional teams (PMs, analysts, developers, vendors)
- Set clear goals, delivery standards, and accountability across teams
- Drive agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models as appropriate
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed, quality, and continuous improvement
