  2. Oversee integration of new technologies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership, functional heads, and external parties.
  2. Communicate transformation goals and progress.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Performance & Risk Management
  1. Establish KPIs to track project progress.
  2. Use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance.
  • Leadership & Vision
  1. Lead and mentor transformation specialists.
  2. Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  3. Provide strategic guidance to achieve transformation goals.

Operational Management

These responsibilities focus on day-to-day execution, efficiency, and delivery:

  1. Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
  3. Foster continuous improvement and implement best practices.
  4. Report on project status and budget performance.
  • Project Management
  1. Develop, manage, and report on transformation project budgets.
  2. Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource use.
  • Execution & Delivery
  1. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  2. Deliver high-quality solutions using standard project management techniques.

Experience & Personal Attributes

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor s degree / Master s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in operational transformation, process designing/re-engineering, preferably as an Operational Excellence Champion.
  3. Exposure to digital transformation technologies such as RPA, AI/Gen AI etc
  4. Proven experience in a transformation role within the financial services industry, preferably in Fund Administration / Private Equity space
  5. Strong understanding of operational strategy, operations, and process optimization.
  6. Expertise in automation technologies, digital tools, and innovation methodologies.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  10. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality solutions in high-pressure environment using standard project management techniques and disciplines.
  11. Solid relationship building and stakeholder management
  12. Experience in leading programs of work focusing on transformation efficiency.
  • Certifications:
  1. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Must have
  2. Project Administration (PMP): Good to have
  3. Digital Innovation: Basic working knowledge of RPA platforms and Data Analytics tools
