Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.
In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company's Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectables business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments & creams) and ampoules.
The CRDMO business of the Company includes the Drug Discovery Services business that provides contract research and development services through two world-class research centres in Bangalore and Noida in India and the CDMO-API business that is involved in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Job Summary
The role will support transformational initiatives to drive best in class business operations across the sites and hence unlocking value for the group.
Key Responsibilities-
Project & Change Management and Digital-led Business Transformation
Support end to end operations transformation of sites by conducting diagnostic, designing the interventions, executing the interventions and creating the plan of sustenance.
Identify the opportunities for ROI backed digital and advanced analytics led transformations.
Codification and continuous up-dation and improvement of structure and processes for sustainable delivery
Support & track all change management initiatives at sites.
Sustenance thru Lean Governance
Support sites on lean governance agenda - as an integrated management infrastructure thru periodic review
Design & track all transformation KPI's thru digital dashboard to gauge and report progress made
External Interfaces and Internal Interfaces
Industry Experts Business leadership teams across group companies, Corporate leadership teams, Site Leadership teams.
Person Profile.
Education : Bachelors in Mechanical /Industrial Engg /MBA.
Experience -
8+ years of work experience, including experience in any transformation initiatives preferably in pharma. 1-2 years of consulting experience will be a positive.
Proven track record in executing high impact operations transformation initiatives (Operational excellence/Lean/Six Sigma/TPM)
Experience in directly working with consulting projects, internal change management projects and cost improvement projects with understanding in Lean Six Sigma (LSS GB certificate is plus)

Strong problem solving skills with ability to ramp up faster on related topics
Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive and develop targeted insights into the related topics

Spike in communication (both verbal and oral) and presentation skills
