Role Overview
We are looking to hire Transaction Managers across multiple levels (Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering tailored property solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research, site evaluations, and financial analysis.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Track market trends and provide insights to clients.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate broking / transaction advisory preferred.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end transaction processes.
- Good understanding of the commercial real estate market.
