About the Opportunity:

We are hiring on behalf of a confidential client — a growing boutique advisory firm based in Gurugram, providing end-to-end support across strategic planning, M&A, compliance, and financial reporting. The firm offers strong deal exposure across due diligence, corporate finance, and IPO readiness mandates in a lean, high-performance environment.

Role Description:

  • End-to-end execution of due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory mandates
  • Financial statement analysis, projections, and valuation modelling
  • Internal control assessments across key client processes
  • Preparation of investor presentations, reports, and pitch decks for clients
  • Supporting deal structuring and IPO readiness engagements

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in transaction advisory, due diligence, and corporate finance
  • Exposure to M&A, PE/VC, SME deals, or IPO-linked diligence preferred
  • Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

Compensation:

₹15–20 LPA | Based on experience and fit.
