Transact Business Consultant with leading Investment Banking firm

Role Description

The Transact Business Consultant role is a renewal 12 months contract-based for a leading Investment bank in Bengaluru with flexibility to work from home.

We are seeking an experienced Transact Business Consultant with strong domain 

expertise in banking and financial services.

Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred. Candidates from other locations should be 

open to travelling to the Bangalore client office for project-related work whenever required. 

Key Responsibilities 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional 

requirements. 

Drive end-to-end solution design and implementation for transact systems. 

Work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless 

delivery. 

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. 

Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities. 

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards. 

Provide subject matter expertise across banking products and transact modules. 

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions.

AA Deposit (Account Aggregator Deposits) 

AA Lending (Account Aggregator Lending) 

Treasury operations and systems 

TPH (Third Party Hosting / Third Party Handling) 

Core Banking Systems 

Accounting principles and financial flows 

Limits management (credit limits, exposure management)
