Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Current Account / CASA Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account customers through field sales activities, networking, and relationship management. The role requires strong sales capabilities, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Current Account (CA) customers through field sales, cold calling, and networking activities.
  • Identify and approach potential business clients including SMEs, traders, professionals, and corporate entities.
  • Promote and sell CASA products with a primary focus on Current Accounts.
  • Generate leads through market mapping, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 30 years.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Current Account products and CASA sales.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Target-driven with strong business development orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively.

  • Experience in acquiring business banking customers.
  • Strong local market knowledge and client network.
  • Self-motivated and performance-oriented professional.
