Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer located in Nagpur. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for organizing and coordinating campus placements, serving as a liaison between companies and students, and developing and delivering training programs. The role also includes mentoring students to enhance their soft skills, communication abilities, and employability, as well as promoting placement opportunities within the institution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships with students and recruiters
• Proficiency in delivering Soft Skills and Training programs to enhance student employability
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with the education and recruitment sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields
