Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Placement Officer located in Nagpur. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for organizing and coordinating placement activities for students, building and maintaining relationships with companies to facilitate campus recruitment, and guiding students in their career development. The role also involves providing training sessions, enhancing soft skills, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Also having experience in drive campus recruitment & placement initiatives and also having expertise in improving placement process and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and expertise in Soft Skills training and development
- Experience in designing and conducting Training programs
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with organizations
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Experience in career counselling or guidance is a plus
- Drive campus recruitment & placement initiatives
