Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop training materials, including instructional design, content development, and e-learning modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and performance.
Provide ongoing support to employees through coaching sessions and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in Training & Development or a related field.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and LMS management.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
