Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs and workshops. Key responsibilities include collaborating with trainers, managing training schedules, updating training materials, and communicating with trainees to ensure effective participation and learning outcomes. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will support the development and delivery of employee training and development initiatives within the institute.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training Coordination and Training & Development
- Strong skills in Training delivery and familiarity with employee training programs
- Exceptional Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse groups
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules
- Experience in education, clinical research, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the success of a dynamic team
